As I was making up my Trader Joe (yes, TJ obsessed) Shopping List for the upcoming week, I stumbled upon this graphically salivating post on Pintrest by Foodie Crush….Greek Burgers with Tzatkiki Sauce. Of course, I screamed, “yes, yes, yes!!” as I opened the post and poured over the ingredients!  My only modification is that it will be bun-less! Imagine, Greek Turkey Burgers, layered with Tzatziki Sauce and Red Onion wrapped in fresh butter lettuce! Delish… I am excited for my hubs to fire up the grill, hopefully, my burgers will look (and taste!) as good as these do! I’ll keep you posted!
